Model of Care - HIV / Sexual Health Services

This 2018/2019 evaluation provided recommendations for a future Model of Care for the Sydney Local Health District HIV and Sexual Health Services. Participants included consumers using HIV services; advocacy organisations, clinicians, nurses; outreach workers and SESLHD service managers.

Evaluation findings included capacity building recommendations as summarised below, included service consolidation, cross-service interaction, service promotion and expansion of reach to accommodate shifting target consumer populations.
