Projects & Research

Primary Care and Integrated Care Journeys
Evaluating integration in health care delivery between general practice, allied health and public health services in metropolitan, regional and semi-rural areas. With more than 50% of the NSW general practice and allied health workforce now represented, this collaborative program has been actively used by Medicare Locals in benchmarking and is now being utilised by the first NSW and VIC Primary Health Networks in supporting their transition challenges. Additional benchmarking now focusses on quality improvement, consumer access and care coordination measures using international Commonwealth Fund data.
