Susan Miller BCom (Mktg) AMRS – Research Consultant

With an extensive background in senior marketing management and consultancy for some of Australia’s leading companies, Susan has specialised in understanding consumer viewpoints in her market research focus over the last ten years.

Whether the ‘consumer view’ may be in relation to their workplace, lifestyle, or health behaviours, Susan is experienced in a range of qualitative and quantitative methodologies.

As a pragmatist with her own experience of senior management challenges, her commitment is to work closely with clients to clearly understand their key strategic issues and always deliver research findings with actionable insights.

With a special interest in the baby boomer consumer, Susan has also provided research insights to organisations regarding the specific and future health and general needs of this cohort.  This specialisation has fuelled the development of an organisational online training program called Spark! brains@work designed to improve cognitive fitness at all ages. Recently Susan has added mentoring of young women to her portfolio of activities.
